Vajochaga Webtechnology (OPC) Private Limited provides recurring subscription licenses for its ready-to-deploy software products — including RetailEdge Billing, RestoBill POS, and VajoERP. All stated amounts are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST.
Starter Edition
For single-counter shops & retail
or ₹9,990/year (2 months free). 1 User, GST billing, 500 items, thermal print, standard email support.
Professional Edition
For growing retail & restaurants
or ₹24,990/year. Up to 5 users, unlimited items, full inventory, WhatsApp invoices, priority phone support.
VajoERP Enterprise
For SMEs & multi-branch chains
or ₹59,990/year. Unlimited users, full HR/Payroll, CRM, multi-branch cloud sync, custom module support.
A 14-day risk-free trial is provided on all Starter and Professional subscription tiers. No credit card is required during the trial period.
One-Time Project Milestone Billing
For custom engineering services — including bespoke website development, Android application builds, and customized ERP integrations — billing follows a structured 3-stage milestone agreement:
- 50% Project Confirmation Advance: Due prior to commencing architecture design, wireframing, and repository initialization.
- 25% Milestone Beta Build: Due upon delivering the first functional staging build (e.g. core UI and API integrations).
- 25% Final Handover: Due upon comprehensive client sign-off, prior to live DNS pointing, Play Store transfer, or source code delivery.

Tax Compliance Notice
All services provided by Vajochaga Webtechnology (OPC) Private Limited are subject to GST @ 18% under Indian tax law. A valid GST tax invoice with our registered GSTIN will be provided for all transactions to facilitate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claiming.Accepted Payment Methods & Security

⚠️ Important: Refund requests must be emailed directly to support@vajochaga.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Transaction ID]", along with payment proof.
Legal Governance & Grievance Redressal
Digital Service Delivery: Software subscription access is activated within 24 hours of payment. Custom project delivery schedules are strictly as agreed in the formal scope document.
Grievance Officer: In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at support@vajochaga.in. All queries are acknowledged within 48 hours.
Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising out of contracts with Vajochaga Webtechnology (OPC) Private Limited shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India.
